CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that there are times when cancellations are unavoidable. Minimum 72-hour cancellation notice required for a single room. Minimum 7 Days cancellation notice required for multiple rooms. This does not apply with Seasonal reservations or Specials. If you cancel in less than the 72hr/7day period, the entire reservation will be charged to the credit card on file. Whole property reservations require 30 day cancellation notice and 50% deposit at the time of reservation No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Events, Specials, Peak Season, and Holiday Rates and Cancellations Seasonal, Special Events, Specials, Peak Season, and Holiday(s) 30 days CANCELLATION multiple rooms and Event Packages. If the Reservation needs to be partially canceled in anyway the entire reservation will have to be canceled and be subject to the going room rate change at that time. Seasonal, Special Events, Specials, Peak Season, and Holiday room rates fluctuate. Entire property reservations (Event Packages) require a 30-day cancellation notice and 50% deposit at the time of reservation. Approved Cancellation Reimbursement of Entire Property Reservation of deposit 25% could be reimbursed. If the property rebook for your cancelled dates, you have the following 2 options: 1)We will charge 25% of the reservation as cancellation fee per room and refund the balance of your deposit. 2)If you prefer, your full deposit will be converted to a cancellation certificate you can apply to a future stay during the next 12 months. Please tell us which option you want when you cancel. Single and Multiple Room Reservations Cancellations If cancellation is less than the 72hr/14-day period, the entire reservation will be charged to the credit card on file. No Refund. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. To cancel, please contact Pennoli Bed and Breakfast @ (360) 560-5615, we would be happy to assist you. Holidays, Peak Season, and Special Event Weekends require a two-night minimum stay as indicated IN OUR POLICY. Posted rates are subject to change without notice. If your reservation is canceled at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date, your reservation deposit of 25% of your reservation, will be refunded, or if you prefer, your full deposit will be converted to a Cancellation Certificate you can apply to a future stay during the next 12 months. When a cancellation is made 29 days or less in advance of your arrival date, you will be charged for the entire cost of the reserved night(s) unless we are able to re-book the room for all rights reserved. If the unit is rebooked, a percentage of your deposit will be refunded, OR if you prefer, your full deposit will be converted to a Cancellation Certificate you can apply to a future stay during the next 12 months. ~~~~~~~ Group Reservations at Pennoli Bed & Breakfast (more than one room(s) nights booked together) Group Reservation(s) require a 50% non-refundable advance deposit, with the balance collected at check-in. If the entire reservation is canceled with at least 30 days’ notice, there are no additional charges. Still chose your option(s). If the cancellation is made with less than 30 days’ notice, the entire balance due for the stay will be charged. ** When a cancellation is made nine days or less in advance of your arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your canceled reservation unless your room(s) rebook for your canceled dates. ** If your room nights rebook for your canceled dates, you have the following 2 options: 1)We will charge 25% of the reservation as a cancellation fee per room and refund any payment beyond the 25% of the reservation. 2)If you prefer, your full deposit will be converted to a cancellation certificate you can apply to a future stay during the next 12 months. The credit will expire 12 months from the date of Cancelled reservation. Please tell us which option you want when you cancel. Failure to cancel your reservation (no shows) will result in charges for all nights of your reserved stay. You Must communicate cancellation after initial call by phone via email for security purposes. Cancellation requests are always confirmed by the innkeeper via e-mail or phone.
RESERVATION POLICY At Pennoli Bed & Breakfast you will have the option to reserve your stay by giving us a call. Gift Certificates are also available for purchase at our B&B. Feel free to stop by to purchase one for that special someone, special occasion, or upcoming event. UP FRONT VIEW OF THE DETAILS at Pennoli Bed & Breakfast Rates are based on single or double occupancy. 8.25% State City, City lodging, and County Lodging Tax and Fees will be added to room rates. We accept Checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express with a 3% Convenience Fee. A valid credit card is required to make a reservation, reservation charges are made at the time of making Reservation and any additional charges after check-in will be charged at the time of check-out. Square Invoice will be sent to your email or text for payment of reservation. Check-in Time is After 4pm. Check-Out Time Is 12pm. No Smoking on the premises. Service dogs fee will be waived with provided proof of Documentation and documentation must be emailed to pennolibandb@gmail.com within 24 hours of reservation. When canceling please let us know which option you would like to proceed with. SMOKING No smoking or vaping of any kind on Pennoli B & B premises. Violation of this policy is subject to a $250 fine. The registered guest on the reservation is responsible for damage to the property caused by members of their party. Additional charges may apply for damage to the property. SECURITY AND CAMERAS The property has access control and video monitoring to ensure the safety and security of guests. No Security Cameras in the rooms! Security Cameras in back parking by back door, Front doorbell, Host area. Sensor upstairs area and downstairs lounge. HANDI-CAP Pennoli B and B is Not Handicap Friendly and there is No Wheelchair Access. All Rooms are upstairs! CHECKING IN Pennoli Bed & Breakfast LLC: Pennoli is an owner-operated B&B, we do not have staff to staff a full-time front desk like a larger hotel. Therefore, Pennoli B&B is closed between the hours of 12pm-3:30pm while we are cleaning, doing maintenance, running errands, etc. for our B & B properties. We offer the following check-in options for Pennoli Bed and Breakfast: Personal check-in and orientation between 4 pm and 6 pm most days. Innkeepers are available to greet you, answer questions, assist you with light lifting, etc. during this time. However, on days when we have light occupancy, we may opt to set you up for the self-check-in procedure described in your confirmation letter. Early self-check-in between 2 pm – 4 pm can be made available for an additional fee ($25) if pre-arranged at least one day in advance. You can also order the “Early Self Check-in” option by adding it to your reservation. If you find you need an early arrival and did not order it at the time of your reservation, please call us at least one day before your arrival date so we can add it to your reservation and set it up for your early arrival. Late self-check-in is always available after 6 pm to 10pm for your convenience when your schedule does allow you to arrive earlier. If you plan to arrive after 10 pm, please indicate your estimated arrival time at the time of making your reservation or call 3605605615. The late check-in procedure will be described in your confirmation letter. CLEANING POLICY While staying at Pennoli Bed and Breakfast Guests will be subject to an additional $30.00 cleaning fee upon booking their reservation. ADDITIONAL SERVICES *We want your stay with us at Pennoli Bed & Breakfast to be as relaxing and comfortable as possible. The following is offered to each of our guests. *Clean, comfortable rooms with bathrooms and showers included. *Upstairs Dinning Room is available upstairs which includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, Smart TV, and comfortable seating. *Popcorn available for your movie night (on request). *Smart TV, mini fridge, and hair dryer in each room. *Fresh bedding and towels in each room and daily UPON REQUEST. *The Downstairs Parlor is full of sofas and comfortable chairs perfect for all guest to enjoy. *The Lounge includes glassware for your lounge experience (bring your own drink of choice) sofas and comfortable chairs for all guest's enjoyment. Ice is provided UPON REQUEST. *Front porch visiting or relaxing. *Backyard garden setting including patio seating for dining, reading, and lounging. *Outdoor gas stove & charcoal BBQ available for guests to enjoy an outdoor dining experience UPON REQUEST. BBQ equipment is also UPON REQUEST. *Breakfast is available by request and subjected to change due to market prices. *Complimentary water, coffee, and tea are available in Upstairs Dining Room. *Complimentary Doggy Poop Bags, Gloves, and Garbage available for your use location which you will find on front porch. Please pick up after your dog! ELSA'S STORE *Soft drinks, granola bars, and other snacks are always available for purchase at Elsa's Store in the upstairs dining room. Forgot your toothbrush, a comb, Q-Tips , or even razors are available for purchase and your convenience. Please Deposit Monies in the clear labeled money box! PET POLICY AND REQUIRMENTS Here @ Pennoli Bed and Breakfast we understand a love for your fur babies (dogs) hence the name of Pennoli was named after our own fur babies, but unfortunately, our facility cannot accommodate dog(s) over 30 lbs. thus the weight restriction. Dogs ONLY Pet Fees: One-time fee of $25.00 per dog for entire reservation (for a maximum of a 3-day stay). Longer stay contact Host at Pennoli B and B (360)560-5615 to make necessary arrangements. ] Each room that is pet (dog) approved room is Limited to One dog UNDER 30 lbs or Two dogs per room UNDER 20 lbs. ] Breed Restrictions: include Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, German Shepards, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Bulldog, and Doberman Pinchers. ] ~Undisclosed Weight Restriction Violation you could be decline check-in or a larger pet fee up to $100.00 on top of the original Dog Policy Fee of $25.00 per dog. ~Handler(s) must provide your own kennel(s). ] ~Dogs must be licensing Tags, flea free and have no sickness (vomiting or diarrhea) open sores, and rashes, if your dog(s) has signs of this you will not be permit to check-in. ] ~Dog(s) grooming and bathing is prohibited during stay at Pennoli B and B, if evidence of grooming or bathing dog(s) in room a $200.00 fine will be charged to the card on file! ] ~Vaccinations. Your pet(s)(dogs) should have all recommended vaccinations currently up-to-date, and you agree to obtain and provide current records from a licensed veterinarian regarding your pet(s) (dogs) should Pennoli Bed and Breakfast request this information from you at any time. ~Leashes. Pets(dogs) should be leashed or always restrained in public spaces in the hotel or on the property. ~Supervision. Pets(dogs) should always be supervised while in the Pennoli B and B or on the property. ~FOR Housekeeping. Guests should display the “Do Not Disturb” sign to alert housekeeping that a pet (dogs) is in residence. If the room would like to be serviced, guest(s) needs to be present and remove the dog before housekeeping enters the room to service it. ] ~Pets (dogs) -Friendly Areas. Pets are not allowed in food and beverage, Shared areas, or gift shop. ] ~Dog Walking. Rabe Park is located a few blocks down across the street and is a wonderful place to take your pups on their daily walks. Pennoli Bed and Breakfast also has a front yard that is pet friendly and safe! Please help us keep it safe by placing your dog (once it is done with activities) back on their leash. Please let's all be respectful of other guests and fur babies! ] ~Guest(s) are responsible for dog(s) waste clean-up inside your room, shared areas, and outside front yard and throughout the property grounds and Cadence Banks grounds. We have doggie poop bag(s) and disposal Can located on front porch. ] ~Damage Assessment. Guests are responsible for all personal injuries and/or property damage related to their pet(s) (dogs). Guests will be responsible for all damage caused by their pet. After departure, the room will be inspected, and any damage will be placed on the guest’s account. ] ~We welcome all well-mannered dog(s) weighing 30 pounds or less. However, we reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limiting to biting, excessive barking, evidence of disease, or urination or defecation in public areas. ] ~Long Term Stay (dogs). Any stay of over 3 nights will have an additional $100 fee applied to their account for the remainder of your stay up to 7 nights. ] ~Dogs must remain in the KENNEL(S) when a guest is absent from the room, dogs should not be left alone in the room for more than a 2-hour period of time for both our staff(s), dog(s) and guest(s) safety. If dogs are left out of kennels, while guests are gone from their room, guest(s) may be subjected to a fine up to $100.00 per dog and charged to card on file. Dog(s) are not permitted on the beds or furniture may be subjected to a fine up to $100.00 per dog and charged to card on file. ] ~Service dogs fee will be waived provided proof of Documentation and documentation must be emailed to pennolibandb@gmail.com within 24 hours of reservation if booking online. If your Service Dog is on the restricted breed list above, or above the weight restriction, please contact us with your Service Animal information before booking. You agree to release, defend, and indemnify Pennoli Bed and Breakfast, LLC, Danny and Debra Kilgore, and owners Staff and other Guest from any and all claims or damages related to your pet (dogs) or your pet’s stay at the hotel, including any claims by third parties.
COVID-19 Prevention Measures We want to keep our guests informed of what measures we are taking during this time of heightened awareness of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) risk. Our Pennoli Bed and Breakfast’ property remains open to serve Gatesville TX overnight visitors. Since we take the health and safety of our guests and our staff seriously, we are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) statements regarding COVID-19 cases and following their guidelines as well as our state and county health department recommendations. We have reviewed and implemented even more stringent cleaning and laundry procedures, including disinfecting hard surfaces, furniture, and laundry with virucidal products including quick acting hydrogen peroxide disinfectant and bleach-based wipes for high-touch items such as remotes, keypads, doorknobs, and light switches. Hand sanitizer dispensers are accessible to guests in our public spaces and in your rooms, and we ask that guests please disinfect their hands upon arrival. We have also suspended shaking hands when we greet our guests. In our B and B, we preferred to leave empty guest rooms open for guests to view, but for now, we are keeping clean guest rooms locked until a guest checks in to that specific room. We send our thoughts and support to those who are directly affected by COVID-19 – and all other strains of this virus, we are all in this together. Gatesville is very much a place to be on your own and avoid the crowds – and please remember small businesses need your support now more than ever. COVID CLEANING POLICY Any guests who tested positive for COVID-19 while staying at Pennoli Bed and Breakfast will be subject to an additional $75.00 cleaning fee upon checkout. This includes in-depth sanitizing of the room and shared areas.
